If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Your return must be sent to the address we provide. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for cancellation.
After 24 hours, orders are already processed and prepared for shipping, so changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, we’re happy to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
To file a Damaged/Missing Item Claim, please email support@feyila.com with the subject line: Damaged/Missing Item Claim for a faster resolution.

Sample Scenarios

"My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it."
If the shipping carrier confirms the package was delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
If the carrier cannot confirm delivery, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

"I entered the wrong shipping address by mistake."
If the package was delivered to the incorrect address due to an error at checkout, we cannot be held responsible.
However, we always try to help our customers. If this happens, we may offer you the item again at a discounted rate, subject to our customer support team’s discretion.
If you realize you made an address mistake, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY before your order is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund immediately.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank’s processing time, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchased an item during a free shipping promotion, you are still responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
